Postpartum Doula Support

 

$45/hour – 2 hour minimum per visit
Serving Lara, Geelong, Torquay, Bacchus Marsh and surrounding areas.

Bringing a new baby into the world is a profound transition — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As a postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, practical, and evidence-based support tailored to your unique needs as you move through this tender and transformative season of motherhood.

Whether you’re seeking emotional reassurance, help around the home, or simply someone to walk alongside you — I’m here.

 

Support May Include:

• A personalised postpartum planning session to help prepare for life after birth

• Access to information and local resources tailored to your needs

• Weekly in-home visits for emotional and practical support

• Ongoing phone/text support during the postpartum period

• A safe space to debrief your birth experience

• Gentle guidance to help you tune into and trust your own intuition

• Nourishing meals and snacks prepared in your home

• Help with newborn care – settling, bathing, feeding

• Support for older children as your family adjusts

• Breastfeeding encouragement and support

• Light household tasks to ease your mental load

• Help managing your to-do list

• Relaxing foot soaks and self-care rituals

• Emotional support as you navigate the highs and lows of postpartum

• A chance to feel truly seen, heard, and understood

• Referrals to trusted local practitioners and services when needed

• Space and support to do whatever brings you joy

 

Service Details:

• Rate: $45/hour

• Minimum visit: 2 hours per session

• Availability: Weekdays, with some after-hours support available by request

• Location: Lara, Geelong, Torquay, Bacchus Marsh and surrounding areas.
